Shop FAQ
Coffee questions
Whole bean or drip grind — which should I choose?
Whole bean stays fresh longest — grind right before you brew for the best flavor. Choose drip grind if you use a standard automatic drip coffee maker and don't have a grinder.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. Shipping is $9.99 for up to 5 bags and $13 for every 6 bags, and your cart shows the exact cost before checkout.
How fast will my coffee ship?
Orders are processed immediately and ship in 3–5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep beans sealed in the bag or an airtight container, at room temperature and away from light, heat and moisture. Skip the fridge — it adds moisture and odors.
