Where we ship

We ship coffee orders to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping rates

Shipping is priced by the weight of your order (each bag is 1 lb; a wholesale case is 6 lb):

1–5 lb: $9.99
Every full 6 lb: $13
Any 1–5 lb left over after that: add $9.99

For example, 6 bags ship for $13, 8 bags for $22.99 ($13 + $9.99) and 12 bags for $26. Your cart shows the exact shipping cost before you check out.

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed immediately and ship in 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Hoodies

Hoodies are printed to order by our print partner and ship separately from coffee. Shipping is $8.99 for the first hoodie and $2.50 for each additional hoodie. Printing takes 2–7 business days, then delivery takes 4–6 business days in the US. Because each hoodie is made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If a hoodie arrives damaged, misprinted or in the wrong size or color, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at primalbrewcoffeeco@gmail.com or (410) 776-4166. Please include your order details and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns

Because coffee is a consumable food product, we can't accept returns of opened bags. If you're unhappy with your coffee, reach out — we want to make it right.

Lost packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we'll help.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Event bookings

Deposits, cancellations and rescheduling for coffee trailer events are covered in your event quote or agreement.
