How do I book the coffee trailer?

How much does coffee trailer catering cost?
Pricing depends on guest count, hours of service, location and menu, so every event gets a custom quote. There's no obligation to request one.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Bel Air, Leonardtown and Lusby, Maryland and serve Harford County, Calvert County and Southern Maryland, including St. Mary's and Charles Counties. Ask us about events farther away.
Do you rent out the trailer?
No. We don't rent trailers. When you book us, our baristas bring the trailer and serve your guests. If you want a trailer of your own, you can partner with us.
Can guests buy their own drinks?
Yes. You can host an open bar for your guests, or we can serve as a vendor where guests purchase their own drinks.
What's on the menu?
Lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, mochas, hot chocolate, cold brew, iced coffee, strawberry acai, iced tea and lemonade — plus rotating pre-packaged local food. Custom menus are available.
What do you need at the venue?
A level spot where the trailer can park with room for a line. Let us know about power access and venue rules when you request a quote.

What size are the bags?
Every roast comes in a 16 oz bag, available whole bean or drip grind.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States.
How much is shipping?
$9.99 for orders up to 5 lb, and $13 for every full 6 lb (each bag is 1 lb, so a 6-bag order ships for $13). Any leftover 1–5 lb adds $9.99. Your cart shows the exact cost. Full shipping details.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed immediately and ship in 3–5 business days.
Whole bean or drip grind?
Whole bean keeps flavor longest — grind just before brewing. Drip grind is ready for standard automatic coffee makers.
Is your decaf chemical-free?
Yes. Decaf Ranger Roast uses the all-natural Swiss Water Process® — 99.9% caffeine-free and 100% chemical-free.
